Lever Arm Balance

A lever arm balance, also known as a beam balance or balance scale, is a mechanical device used to determine the mass of an object by comparing it with a known mass. It operates based on the principle of moments (or torque) and the law of the lever, which was first described by the Greek mathematician Archimedes.
